CROWN OAKS DAY
Crown Oaks is the 3rd Race Day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival and this year is held on 8th November 2007.

Crown Oaks Days is a traditional ladies day, where women join together in their most feminine outfits for a day of champagne, fashion and fun! The feature of the day is the Group 1 Crown Oaks for 3-year old fillies run over 2500m.

VRC LADIES LUNCHEON
On the eve of Oaks Day, Wednesday 7th November, Crown hosts the extremely popular VRC Oaks Club Ladies lunch in the Palladium, selling out in minutes and attracting over 1,500 guests.

VRC CALL OF THE CARD
Another traditional racing event held at Crown is on the eve of Cup Day and is the largest betting event on the racing calender. Crown's Call of the Card is held in the Palladium on Monday 5th November this year and attracts over 1200 keen punters with some of Melbourne's top bookies declaring their odds for the Cup.
